Its an entry level customer sales and service posititon. Our representatives start off scheduling meetings with customers one-on-one, either virtually or in person, to present Cutco products and help them find what best fits their needs.

No experience is needed! As it is entry level, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. 

The starting pay of $26 base per appointment. This is guaranteed pay, NOT based on sales or commissions. Our representatives are paid every Friday. We also have an incentive pay program. Representatives can earn anywhere from 10%-50% on orders placed by customers, with no caps on commissions. Our representatives are always paid the higher amount each week (base pay or incentive pay. 

This position is 100% flexible! Reps create their own work schedules around school, sports, family, etc. on a week to week basis with their manager. Students and people with busy lives love this aspect of the postiton since it is optimal for work-life balance. 

YES! We do have remote work programs available. Representatives can choose to work completely in person or have a hybrid schedule. Our goal is to provide an unrivaled work experience for students. We have been offering remote positions for over a decade, so we feel particularly well-equipped and confident in the success of representatives who join our team during this tumultuous time.

Yes! We only promote from within! Representatives are encouraged to move into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and District Manager positions. 

Nope! All of our representatives are provided with all necessary working resources. After training we loan you a free sample kit with $450 worth of Cutco to take with you on appointments and have customers try out!
